Venue Pricing

Pricing varies depending on the type of event and in some cases the time of year you are booking.

Our farm is available to book smaller events such as birthday parties, anniversary parties, baby showers, bridal showers and graduation parties, or for larger events such as fundraisers, vow renewals and weddings!

We offer four wedding options at our venue.

  1. Ceremony only – under 40 guests
    • upstairs of the barn for ceremony
    • 30 minutes for ceremony and 30 minutes for photos on the farm
  2. Mini wedding – under 40 guests
    • The mini wedding would include a wedding coordinator, use of the upper level of the barn for the ceremony, followed by light refreshments/meal in our stone room. 3 hours on the property.
  3. Half day wedding – over 40 guests
    • The half day option would include a wedding coordinator, full use of all 3 areas of the barn for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and 6 hours on the property.
  4. Full day wedding – over 40 guests
    • The full day option would include a full service wedding planner, the farmhouse bridal suite, full use of all 3 areas of the barn for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception as well as 12 hours on the property.

Our rustic, 6th generation, 1800’s barn is elegantly draped with fabric to accentuate the wooden features. Dimmable vintage string lights add ambiance to celebrate beneath while the antique iron lend a sense of yesteryear charm. Since the original house and barn were built in the 1800’s, we often say if walls could talk the stories they would tell! Family and friends alike enjoy hearing about our family farming history. From the moment you arrive, it is our hopes that you will feel a sense of “coming home”.

Ceremony may take place on the beautiful farm grounds near the willow tree or the gazebo overlooking the field, but most choose to surround themselves with 1800’s wood in the top level of the barn. Backdrop for the ceremony are large 16 ft wide doors with windows to view a woodland area or the doors may be fully opened to give greatest ventilation and increased viewing angles.

There are many exquisite backgrounds for photos inside and out which include our unique gazebo with special lighting effects and water fountain seating area.

Guests will enjoy cocktail hour downstairs surrounded by the rustic charm of the stonework and wood beamed ceiling as well as our bar constructed of reclaimed wood from the original barn dating back to the 1800’s. This room opens up onto a beautiful stone patio with seating and serenity of the surrounding fields and woods.

Our reception area is beautifully decorated with draping, lighting and a hand crafted chandelier. The rustic charm from the stonework and stair case to the handmade wooden shutters provides a warm inviting atmosphere for your guests. During most weddings the wooden shutters stay open down both sides of the reception area bringing the outdoors in. Tables and chairs are provided and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

In order to keep guests comfortable we can not accommodate larger weddings from mid November to Mid April because we are not climate controlled. However during those winter months we are able to accommodate smaller events!
